CANEYE, software to analyse CAN communication in vehicles

A recent achievement of the Networks in Vehicles LED is the development and commercialisation of 'low-cost' software (CANEYE) to visualise and analyse the communication of CAN networks in passenger cars, trucks, buses and agricultural vehicles and machinery. This software is specifically designed for schools and training centres teaching automotive engineering. However, repair workshops and diagnosis centres can also make use of this software to analyse CAN communication and to trace errors in networks.

ISOBUS, CAN-driven hydraulics and self-steering in agricultural vehicles

Agriculture finds itself more and more confronted with a far-reaching automization. The newly standardized communication protocol CAN-ISOBUS plays an essential role in this. With the realisation of various pilot tests such as “automatic steering in agriculture machinery based on GPS” and “CAN-controlled hydraulic valves”, the LED is expanding its knowledge and expertise in this field.
