General rules

Every company is a potential innovation seeker and can post a challenge on Challenge-Me after having registered.

Only registered college or university students are potential solvers who can take part in Challenge-Me.

In order to participate in Challenge-Me as a seeker or solver, one needs to agree with a number of terms and conditions of use: the “general terms and conditions for seekers” and the “privacy statement”.

In case of non-compliance with these rules the forum intermediary reserves the right to ban seekers or solvers from the platform without prior notice.

If a seeker or a solver participates in Challenge-Me this does not imply that he or she has a duty to produce a given result.
